Appliance Specialist - Durban

Please do not trust these people. They are very dishonest people and will rob you of your money and try to sell you something else that they have got dumped in their yard which probably was stolen from another customer and which is also problematic. They seem like very nice people but please do not be misled by them. I found their number on the internet when my washing machine needed repairs, it’s been two months that they have not yet returned my machine. We called them several times but they keep promising to bring it but never do because they say the van is broken which we found was lies. They also owe me R1500 for which I have been given endless excuses for not being able to refund. Do not be fooled by them like I was.

The bad experience with this company . sent my AEG fridge for repairs , they quoted -
R2400 to repair my fridge . took them two weeks to deliver my fridge , they always had breakdown problems , which they don't even telephone and let you know . anyway my fridge was delivered . fridge worked for one week . contacted the company owner JET , promised me numerous times , he will come out and sort the problem . After numerous phone calls which i had made to him , he eventually came and had a look at the fridge and he told me the problem that there was extra gas filled . Fridge worked for a week and then the problem started again. phoned him numerous times , today and tomorrow story . He does not even notify or return your calls .to date i did not get a phone call from this company . I was give a 12months guarantee on the repairs , which is not even 1 month of the repairs . All my items in the fridge was spoilt .Eventually I bought a new fridge .I won't recommend this company to anyone , due to my bad experience .
