When it comes to assisting it's customers when the parcel has been send to wrong address or hijacked the company it's very poor in assisting its clients. This happened to Me, last year December my stock was hijacked and its only this year around February if not March I got refund to replace my stock. Recently, ever since Last week I have been calling them about my parcel that was send to wrong Province and no clear feedback I get from them rather directing my calls from one consultant to another whereby I keep on explaining one story and giving them the tracking number as if I have not tracked it enough myself and after that no follow up is being made known to Me regarding my parcel. We really don't know who to talk to or contact when we experience things like this whereby we will get the help we need.
