Worst service ever!! They don’t care about the people.
We gave them 2 months notice when we wanted to empty the house and based on the rules they were supposed to advertise the house on the same rental fee, but they put it on higher rental fee in the market, so nobody came for it, then they forced us to pay till end of our contract, although the house was empty.
They just look for excuses to deduct money from your deposit. They charge you even for a small mark on the walls and for example R150 for just a missing screw!!
And finally after we followed many times, after deducting of nonsense things, They returned the remain of our deposit after one month and 4 days.
When they give you a house at the beginning of contract , it’s completely dirty which you have to get a helper to clean, but when you empty the house and give it back clean clean, they charge you R700 for cleaning fee!!!
They just think of making money, but no care at all!!

MOST HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
