Umlazi U21 Clinic

The nurses at the clinic are very rude & there is no privacy what so ever. Even the cleaner has attitude. She starts cleaning at 10am while the clinic is busy & we all have to wait for her to finish moping until the floor is dry, she does not have manner of approach. It is not the 1st time complaing but nothing has changed. For immunisation babies have to wait outside whether its windy, raining or cold their system is very bad. I hope someone will do something abouy that clinic because a lot of people want to complain its just that they do not know where to go. I hope my complaint will be looked at.

Can we please get some privacy in this clinic, we are getting help as patients and thank you for that but some how the nurses do not have privacy when communicating to us as parties, it is not all of us who would like to publish our sicknesses to the whole world.
