Reviews of Managed Integrity Evaluation - Centurion

I am from Iran and I wanted to apply for PrEng at ECSA. MIE supposed to certify my degrees (B.Sc and M.Sc.). I contact them and I let them know that official language in Iran is Farsi (Persian), so it would be difficult to communicate to schools and institutes in Iran. I told MIE that the degrees are translated to English. The translations are certified by ministry of foreign affairs and Justice. They accepted to do the job and I paid 450 rand for each degree in Jan, 2015. MIE supposed to get back to me in 5 working days which they got back in 15 days. They says they could not verify the degrees because the schools are not responding. They made a lot of nonsense excuses When I told them about the communications between me and them. I emailed whoever I found on the website to let the know what is happening there and they just cover each other. At the end, MIE came up with the idea that they found a business partner in Iran which it can certify the degrees on behalf of them. the company in Iran gonna charge me 805 rand per degree. They said embassy can't certify because they have to do it through schools when I asked if another company can do it why they don't ask our embassy in SA. (When my degrees certify by the ministry of foreign affairs so definitely embassy can do the job). I negotiate with them about money I paid and the balance. They have agreed by paying the the balance at first. When I paid a day later I got an email from MIE that I must pay whole amount (1610 rand) to get the results otherwise MIE will certify only one degrees. It has been frustrating process for me and I have not get any result since 2 weeks ago. The people who works there are totally irresponsible. They have no idea what they are doing.
If I knew how I would have made a case in court against them.
