I m not happy at all with the price that is goinng up from R15 to r17 from Monday 9th May 2022. This same price is almost the same as going to Greenacres yet this one is only going from Kwanobuhle to town. This is so ridiculous and not acceptable at all.

I was on my way to church yesterday(23/03/22) as I waited for the 17:50 City bus. Drv ******** Route 055B

Duty 2655 Tck 758. I stoped the bus as I entered and was about to pay this rude driver started driving the bus not even considering that I am pregnant and 8 months pregnant for that matter. I lost balanceand dropped everything I was holding so that u can hold on to something as I almost fell .all thanks to the other people that helped me pick up my water bottle, money and sunglasses as he continued driving. When i asked me why he started driving the car befor even waiting for me to atleas settle done considering my condition he just looked at me and responded in shona.

I live in Sydenham, I wait for bus to the City at the bus stop by King Cars, the driver's don't stop at the bus stop in the morning. One even said to me once there is no bus stop there and yet they drop people off at that stop. I walk a distance to get to the bus stop, and I still struggle to get a bus to work every morning. The only bus driver that stops for me drives Route 10B -City. He has not been driving for the past 2 weeks and the lady driving in his place does not stop for me.
This is frustrating as I fill up my bus card for a month and yet struggle to ride a bus and end up spending money that's not on the budget to take a taxi.

Please assist with this. The bus stop is between Voyle Road and Ambrose Street in Sydenham.

Can anyone please assist regarding the bus times from New Brighton to Cotsworld Extension please? And where can i get a card to load for a number of trip as I would like to get this done for my helper that comes in twice a week as taxi fare is abit costly for her.

The driver of bus reg DYS266EC PULLED OUT OF THE PARKING IN CAPE ROAD BY OLD MAKRO THEN TURNED RIGHT IN KABEGA ROAD . The guy continued to drive fast till his next stock in front of me . He put his hand up as to apologize . However he put my life at risk as well as that of innocent people that rely on your service to get them around safely . This is reckless

To whom it may concern

Today I took a bus from Summerstrand to Kwanobuhle in Uitenhage. When I stopped the bus the driver saw me and did not stop. I had to take a taxi and wait for the bus on another stop. When I tried to tell the bus driver that she passed me, she shouted at me telling me I wasn’t stopping it but telling her directions.

Good morning does any one know if there is travelling buses from sydenham/sidwell to blue water bay in the mornings between 9am and 10am ??and also the afternoon between 4pm and 5pm???

Algoa bus recently changed driver for the New Brighton to Greenacres Route. This driver is always late and is rude to commuters like he owns the bus. Please Algoa bay sort this matter out or you will have a problem in your hands in future. He also threatened to stop the bus and hit me for telling him he was late and therefore making me late for my job.

This morning I boarded the bus at 5:30am after waiting for a full 30 minutes and I have to be at work by 6:00am. This driver was inappropriate and unapologetic for being late. Making the whole load of commuters late for their jobs.

Substitute drivers for Uitenhage 06h10 bus are the worst I ever encountered in my years of travelling with you especially the ones used on 21st, 22nd and 27th of February.
