Reviews of Spoilt Hair & Nail Design - Green Point

First and foremost I would like to say that I have great hair. I won best hair in high school - I clearly love it and take good care of it. I had moved to cape town and was pushing off getting my hair done. I went to spoilt because it was close to my house and seemed nice. I was wrong so so so wrong. I have been to over 20 hair salons in my lifetime and this was the WORST EXPERIENCE to date. I was at least a level 8 blonde when I came into spoilt with some dark roots. I wanted a nice blonde ombre. They proceeded to to darken my hair by about 4 levels and when i freaked out they tried to lighten my hair with some sort of volume 25 bleach mix while not even bothering with a toner so now im orangey. I'd say im a 6 or 7 now but without the toner it is just a mess. Ill obviously need bleach to correct this which I am not happy about since its so damaging to my hair. Please please please do not go there.
