ABSA Trust has been a disappointment from the start.
Money was placed into a Guardian Fund on the 11/11/2013 for my daughter Bailey Kapp.
I was given a reference master's reference number by Raveshni Govender: 8096/07pmb
I was aked to contact them on ******** if I required money from the fund.
I called them on yesterday, 22/11/2016 and they have no knowledge of my daughter and the money.
I phoned Ravesni Goverder immediately and she said she would email Mr Mahader.
I phoned Mrs Mahader today and no email has been sent.
I need this issue to be sorted out ASAP as I require money from the fund for medical costs for my daughter.
I tried to contact Mrs Govender yesterday, she did not return my call or respond to my email.
I just wonder how many other people have to struggle to get the money that is rightly theirs.
