Disgusting service
Deducted fees after confirming no fee due, requested to reverse the amount three times and employee Susan Bapela has failed to do this since 4th January 2019. I think this service is disgusting. After holding on for customer services for 37 minutes told I was being transferred through to the bank and instead the line was cut.

Pathetic Service
Bank is empty, like in really empty. No one at enquiries. No que at Tellers. I have been waiting 52min for a consultant. And above all, it seems that the employeer only rock up at work past 10am.

Guess it’s a National Standard Bank Problem

Telephones not answered
I have been trying to contact the San Ridge Prestige bankers since morning with no luck. I eventually phoned the ******** number and they have been trying to put me through to San Ridge since 13h37 its now 13h59 and still no luck.This is such an appalling service. This is definitely painting a bad image for Standard Bank and certainly one of the reasons that will make it easier for me to switch to another bank.
