Reviews of FNB Bank - Olympus Plaza - Pretoria

A simple request to have my accounts reinstated/reactivated (after being blocked due to potential fraud) could not be accomplished (within 45 minutes) by the consultant at FNB Olympus Plaza on Saturday morning, leaving me livid, embarrassed and frustrated and without funds, or the possibility of making necessary payments and transfers, for the entire weekend. No online banking transactions or cellphone banking transactions could be performed after being assured by the consultant that everything was good-to-go. Incompetence such as this is despicable and pathetic and now means another Covid-19 high risk visit to the Branch ... A small issue for the bank perhaps, but with extremely large ramifications for the supposedly important "client".

Here's an idea Olympus Plaza FNB, let's change your slogan to "how can we not help you". Agreed?
