Kleynhans & Swanepoel Inc - Pretoria

So I went to this company on 12 August 2019 for a case that last in most cases 5 weeks. So, the day I entered the office the gent assisting me looked out of the window at one of his colleagues smoking and making notes of it. I thought to myself should I continue? I then told myself it was a good recommendation, I trusted the person assisting me. From there it was uphill all the way, I never hardly heard from my legal representative and so I decided to go to their office where the reception lady told me he was not there, he was out to a meeting. I waited and waited as I drove far to see him eventually. So as he came out he can from his office. I thought let me investigate. So I did, and that was when I found out my case was supposed to last only 5 weeks. And we where in December already. So I cancelled my case now and I am waiting for my funds back as when I was at the office I was told my file is not there and ever since I asked to date I have had no proof of anything being done on my case. Now I just don’t get any response from any one not even one of the associates. I was told he is an associate Ettiene, now I don’t even get a reply for my refund? Not sure what is up with that? I would strongly recommend against this company. It seems the only track they keep are on one lady going out on a smoke.
