This contractor has failed to deliver on the project. He missed a patch and the tar started to disintegrate within a few days.

I brought this to his attention, and he keeps saying he's coming to fix it but he doesn't. He has done this on 8 occasions now, where he says he's coming but doesn't pitch. He is now ignoring my phone calls and whatsapp messages.

The workmanship is terrible, the quote was to use a chemical to kill the grass before laying the tar as well as to put 30 mm tar. There is grass growing out of the tar, the tar is only 10mm and 5 mm thick, and is becoming loose and worse everyday the more we drive over it.

I implore you to please do something about this, and remove him as a service provider from your website.
