Be advised the clicks guarantee is worthless. I purchased a two bar heater at Clicks East Gate three months ago, top bar failed on 19th July 2021, returned to the branch following day, 20th July 2021, took 20 min. to verify the purchase with my clicks clubcard, ********, and advised I qualified for another. ( the box clearly states 12 month guarantee ) I was told to fetch another from the shelf, but found there were none. The gentleman who helped me suddenly appeared and advised there were none in stock, would I be satisfied with another type of heater, however the next price was R600 as opposed to R200 I paid. I would have to pay the difference. Could I have a refund NO, could he source the same heater from another branch NO ( I subsequently found plenty of the same heater at Clicks, Village View, 10 minutes away ) Did I want a fan heater. I reluctantly agreed, but at the cash desk I was told I would have to pay in, for an item I did not really want, I left the store with my broken heater. I complained to Clicks complaints, 5 days later heard nothing,ref ******** 23 July.
