good day I tried to call the clinic today to get my uncles details to be send to a new clinic cause he moved and the number provided is incorrect. where is all of this going cant even depend on details being provided correctly.
What an absolute disaster it is in visiting an extremely incompetant clinic.I made an appointment to visit the clinic during the time of making the appointment the clinic is off line. The lady elderly woman promissed to make and confirm my appointment but instead defaults in executing her daily tasks as per job description and leaves it un attended. I arriveat the clinic way in advance of the appointment time as per my card stipulating date and time. I experience an attitude of disrespect needless to mention the negative body language and carelessness from another fat blond lady acting asthe so called chief in charge. What a disgrace to human society. No worry in their actions and it boils down in handing back my green card with the well wishes of goand get lost attitude. I ask you what kind of white woman employees do you have as representatives when their behaviour touches in human and incompetant dontcare about the patient action. Question arises: is that part of their normal day to day behaviour to all other patients attending your Hercules Clinic, and how many other patients are turned away without their chronic medication, hell let them suffer get ill have pain discomfort etc as your incompetant staff rulres the roost. what donyou suggest do i do to obtain my chronic medication and ill health that will discomfort and supply a lifestyle on illness. What happened to the motto that the patient comes first and that health care is part of our counties health bill. Please advise. Your soonest reort awaits urgently
