Elsburg Clinic - Germiston

The service at the dental reception was horrible. I arrived early before 8am and they refused to open a file for me, i was sent home in all that pain, the guy did not want to listen and closed the glass slide while I was talking to him

Hello .I have nothing but worst encounters with the nurses at the elsburg clinic. Those nurses are so rude and always treat us like trash . Today we had an altercation with a certain nurse who works in the department of mother and child. She started fighting with me just because i asked if it was the right room. She went on to say i pissed her so much by me asking but those are the same people who will still have an issue if u just go to the wrong wrong. Even after saying sorry to the lasy she kept on attacking me saying all types od words to me. Like if the nurses cant be nice why are they even there to deal with people in the first place? Telling me i should go back to my country if i dont like the services being offered. Like really it came down to that just beacuse a asked a simple question. I felt so violated.

Firstly the opened the clinic at 07h50 on the 31st May 2019. Then the gentleman who takes people names down started working at 8h30 as they where cheating. It took almost an hour to be attended. Finally we went to the kids section I think I was no 8 but only attended after 12h00. The service in this hospital is the worst.

I would to get a transfer from hillbrow clinic to here bcoz I moved from there am now staying here,what are the requirements?
