Dr Nkhumeleni - Pretoria

This practice does not have a good customer relations. I phoned the Polokwane branch today to check the progress of my nephew's treatment that I am paying cash for as I am not based in Polokwane. I had an awful encounter with Dr Mabaso who is self absorbed and has a big ego. My discussion with him was in Sepedi and along our conversation I called him abuti oh boy the man blew up on me and says I am a doctor before our discussion was abruptly ended. We are paying for the service and are not there to stroke his ego. He is a doctor so what? I am a paying customer!! Without customers his title means nothing!! All I was asking for was progress on the treatment that I am paying for so that I can have a sense of the money that will still be needed (estimate) as I am cash payer and planning is needed especially now that a lot is happening and there are financial constraints in general. Am I not entitled to progress feeback? This man is so egoistic and does not have regard for people keeping the practice alive.

To think we go out of our way to support black businesses only to be treated poorly. I am willing to transfer the service elsewhere as this practice is not for people like us. They should get 'Doctors' to support them not people like us!

I just wanted to ask the cost of braces if I don't have a medical aid and also I wanted to ask the amount needed for consultation and all the procedure
