Paid $3000 Canadian dollars to receive a piece of equipment that did not work. Was told the company had big problems that they were trying to resolve and unfortunately only half of the equipment showed up rendering it useless. Never received a refund. They have basically stolen $3000 from a small business in Canada. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

We only discovered this review today 24 January 2018.
This matter was resolved and the client, who is not Kerry Jones, has been reimbursed in full.
At no time did Pie Designs, deny or evade this matter.
Our attempt to get the client and or Kerry Jones to be truthful was in vain as the amount of $3000 was seemingly maliciously inflated by a considerable margin.
If we were able, we would upload the proof of payment and settlement documentation relating to this matter here.
We have kept our client's info confidential as we feel it wouldn't be prudent to upload their banking information for all the public to see. We have recently since mailed the client and asked to address the settlement publicly. Should they choose not to, we will have no choice but to upload all documentation publicly on social media.
Should anyone require proof of this matter being settled, please contact us at info@piedesigns.co.za and will furnish the proof thereof.
