Non delivery on ordered laptop
I have ordered a laptop and paid for it on 1.3.2021.

Despite numerous emails and whatsapp messages I still have not received the laptop or a refund which I did request

I am sorry to say that you did not order this laptop from Laptop Direct. You sent proof of payment for Laptop Depot to complain. Laptop Depot is a completely different company and are not related to Laptop Direct. Please correct the business name, and contact Laptop Depot as you will unlikely get a refund if you do not contact them.
