Red Sofa DVDs - Cape Town

Hello. It has been a while since I've been humiliated in the way the assistant at Red Sofa DVDs just managed to do.
I've recently returned to SA after 7 years in the UK. My command of the English language is not too shabby.
I asked the assistant whether they had any films in Afrikaans ( like most other stores). Her response was a "no". I asked "not even one, there are loads of Afrikaans speaking people in Vredehoek. Response was a hostile "no". Customer experience was shocking. There are 10 other languages as well. Some respect would've been appreciated. Definitely not somewhere I will ever go again.
