Reviews of McCarthy Toyota Hatfield - Pretoria

I called McCarthy Toyota in Hatfield on 1 June 2015, to fid out whether my car as still under the motor plan. I spoke to Anastacia, and she asked what service I was doing. After I told her it was 60 000km, she asked for my registration, checked some other number on their system and said yes the car was still covered, the 60 000km service being the last one. I then made a booking for the service.

To my surprise, when I got to Hatfield Toyota on the 3 June 2015, I was told that the car is not covered by the motor plan anymore, as it covered 60 000 OR FOUR YEARS, which ever came first. Could I have not been told this the first time I had called to enquire, instead of wasting my petrol and being at Toyota at 6am for a non-existant service???
