OutSearch Executive Placements Pty Ltd was founded in 2012 as a recruitment and placement consultancy. We efficiently handle the recruitment and headhunting of executive staff at Senior, Middle, Junior and Supervisory levels in various industries.
OutSearch is an owner driven company, Jeanine van den Berg who has been described by her clients and candidates as a passionate individual with strong customer focus and results orientation. She has had over 13 years’ experience in a Financial Recruiting Agency in Durban where she started in 1998 and progressed from a Junior Consultant through to Branch Manager.
