I have had very positive experiences with Tracer Salesforce when I introduced the system at 2 companies I worked for - Alcon Laboratories and Batswadi Pharmaceuticals. I found Tracer well tailored for sales people data entry and information retrieval and sales managers reporting needs. Because its a web-bases system with mobile and laptop flexibility, sales people and managers can access their data on the move without the risk of ever losing it
