I made a lay buy of a lounge suite and when I went to collect it was no longer there and they were giving me something different of which I don't like and they said I must choose something different of which it was R29 999,while I paid R********, they gave me Matt of a value of R1999 as a gift while they knew that they were fooling me. I only found the real price for this lounge suite on internet while they showed me a wrong price in the shop

I am very disappointed with the kind of service I've received from Green & Richard's in East London Oxford. I bought a Dinning table cash on the 30 of November 2019 and I was promised that on the Wensday I will get my delivery on wensday.

I waited the whole day on Wednesday, on Thursday on my way to the shop I received a call from the sales agent asking me if I received my good and I was surprised cause she should not be asking me she supposed to know when delivery is done.

I was promised that the delivery will be done on the 11, then it was changed to 12, 13 and 16 and in all this instances I am the one who is calling them the store Manager does not even bother calling me.

When I called the sales consultant on the 17 she did even know that she said I will get my staff on the 16.

I call in this money again requesting a refunded the phone was given to the manager who pretended not to be and promised to came back to me.

I am so disappointed with the service I received from your company and will never buy anything ever again in your company. Also I will make sure who ever is close to me does not buy from u.

buying at geen and Richards was the worse decision I have ever made in my life. they have the lowest performing call centre agents, in fact they are incompetent. two months back I made arrangements to pay my arrears, and I told the agent that they must debit R341 extra on my account so that I can finish the arrears, my instalment is R1659, am sad to announce that from last month they debited R3459. this month again they debited R3659, and the sad part is that when I call them they say they will pay me back the extra money that was debited but till today they have not done that. now am in arrears with other accounts because I count not pay then and all thanks to Geen and Richards for messing up my credit life. I would not advise anyone to buy from this store cause what they care about its themselves, am gonna take this further. I just pray to finish paying them cause they are I rip off.
