I had an account with 2020 which is paid but yet am not getting any help towards getting a paid up letter instead due to me not accept a new loan offer I'm not being given the round around with my paid up letter...

Last month January took out a loan 4100 which I finish paid the existing loan.so they gave me 2100 on my nupay card.but I see still on my credit score the 4100 not cleared by you can you please look into it cus it's damaging my credit scoring

I am a few years a customer never had a problem this year not a good year and if you look for answers it's always waiting for head office quick to take money you don't owe but to get it back is a problem please is there any body to help me to fix my account because my branch can't do it thank you

I Sihle Ntuli took a friend to one of the Atlas branch,which is located at clairwood,with the hope that i will get a commission.but guss what they did promise me an sum of three hundred(300)rands.

This happens between the week of 11-15 November of 2019,even now no commission as yet.so i really don't get why Atlas loans promise people money and they do n't deliver.
