Contacted your company 7th November, all I need to now was, does the body corp cover homes owners insurance (this just needed a yes or no answer)
They advised they will call be back, which never happened I had to then call again to which they advised they don't know as the boss is out of office...
The next day again the same old story and eventually later the afternoon Jessica actually called and advised me "yes it is covered. I then asked them to send me the claim forms so we can place the claim to see if its successful or not, she could not do this as she would have to forward my query to the boss. I then emailed her and never received a response lol. I had to email again the afternoon and the reply was just that she is sorry for the delay etc.
I called again the next morning and was told my query was forwarded by the boss is out and will be back at 2pm, upon calling, I was told the boss was in hospital the morning etc.... so obviously at this point on day 3 im utterly frustrated... moving on swiftly then iwas given a contact number of Philip Ribeiro no answer, no reply to my voice mail, again the next day which is today no response to my vm or missed calls and jst an apology from Jessica who again said that my query will again be forwarded to space im guessing. Al I want is the claim documents and an official email besides that of this body corporate to send the claim to so it can actually be actioned.

My boss owns this unit and is constantly asking me questions which I cannot answer because of your company's pathetic customer service and protocols
