The service is very bad. They make you sit and wait for hours while they chit-chat. I had to wait for an hour just to have my urine tested. If I did not get up to see why nobody is helping, then I most probably would have sat longer. They help one person, then they go for a walk. Lotus river day hospital staff is much more efficient and more friendly.
