Would just like to say a very special thank you to Liezel from the Walmer Park branch. Her knowledge and service of the product was absolutely outstanding. Very happy I made the move to FnB and Lizel just confirmed that it was the right move. She made sure I was completely aware of everything I need to know, answered every question I asked and did everything with her full effort and a smile. This lady should be given a raise, if not promoted. Thank you Liezel and FnB!

I got there got my ticket and said 22min waiting time, that was not the case I waited from 12-20pm untill 13:15 to be helped, staff was taking there time,I tried to raise my concern, not one of the staff was willing to listen. Been banking with FnB for years, the service at the walmer park branch is bad.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Brenda Keogh, hope I got her name right. For some time now I have been struggling to get my sons debit card replaced and petro card cancelled and replaced etc. This Lady was outstanding and within minutes she had helped me and got everything sorted out.We were there on the 12 October 2015.

She deserves many more trophies than just the 1 on her desk. You have an absolute gem working for you and nothing is to much trouble. Her smile help relief the tension I was feeling when I entered the bank.

Brenda, thank you, thank you, thank you, even my son is now converted as he was ready to go to another bank.
