Response time and prioritizing according to address
Please explain the 45 minute response time while my elderly parents were being robbed. The beams you installed activated the alarm, but with a 45 minute response time it invalidates your usefulness as armed response. When you finally showed up and my dad asked about why you were so slow and ineffective, he was informed that because he lives in Sandbaai he is not a priority. You will first attend to customers living in Voelklip then Onrus and finally Sandbaai. Does the people in Voelklip and Onrus pay you more and if so is my family able to upgrade to a plan where they also become a priority. Do you tell your customers in Sandbaai that they are not your priority customers and then offer them a plan that cost less as they receive a lesser service. Don’t become the the thief’s people pay you a lot of money to protect them from. Don’t take money from people and then not provide them with the service they pay for. That is stealing.
