Reviews of MELDA DAIRIES - Howick

I bought 2X 2L low fat milk at P+P Howick central on the 11th June. Sachets showed BB date 14th June.CAN BE FROZEN.
I do not drink milk and the sachets were immediately put in the freezer as I only was going to use them at the weekend. Took one out of the freezer on Friday and place it in the fridge ready for Saturday.
Served it for friend who came for coffee and lunch. The milk look normal but once in the coffee looked very drab. Also used 1/2 L for the soup, the milk curdled straight away and had to thro away the soup.
Apologised to my friends etc.
Monday the 17th June I took the 2nd packet from the freezer and placed it in the fridge.
Using it for coffee and tea on Tuesday. The same thing happened and what an embarrassment it was AGAIN.

This morning I took one of the sachets back to the same P+P and hoped for a refund. Not so. They said they would take it up with you too and report back to me in due course.

I am terribly anoint as it takes time and PETROL to and even more...I am a pensioner.

I hope you understand my complaint and reimburse for all cost, including petrol I live 4km away from the shop so that makes 8km
