Disappointment
On 2 separate occasions i went to overport branch being a customer to the institute with a big problem an needed assistance to my disappointment i was met with such unfriendly staff cant even talk about the manager that just walks up an down fliking her hair very bad service very unhappy. Then i go to the pinetown branch amazing service what overport couldn't assist in 2 days i was helped in 30mins

Exceptional service from Branch manager
I had a problem accessing my account due to Hani's Report. I was attended by one of the supervisors. And the lady told me they cannot help me to get the money nor the bank card as my bank card had expired.
The branch manager intervened and came up with the solution. And I was able to pay for some of my bills while I am trying to sort out my matter with the Dept of Home affairs.
I was so happy with how the branch manager handled the matter. He showed me uBuntu. I am a very customer at the moment
