They charge the poorer communities tha cannot fight with lawyers or is not educated enough to complain. Every month they get a bill for roughlt 2000 -3000 standard, then after a few months, they send a bill just imagine from 3000 monthly it jumps to 20 000 then they say no it's a estimate of what you owe.

if you dont pay, they cut your electricity then you have to pay 2000 plus extra to have it reconnected. Millions get stolen from this company, and to make up the loss, they thug the poorer communities. The government won't do anything because they do the same.

We being provided electricity by thugs. People take note.
