I took a loan from the company and paid for more than 15month but defaulted, the loan had an insurance which was supposed to cover the remainding balance of the 24 months debt but fews years down the line am on ITC like I never started paying the debt and now the debt have prescribed and nothing is been down.

I paid my account more than 5 years back and I still see that I have an outstanding amount on credit bureau. I need this removed as soon as possible or a letter confirming that I paid this debt in full. When you want your money you even threaten to garnish and take your money by force. Well, I have paid this amount in full and demand that you remove me from credit bureau immediately.

Very disappointed with the level of illiteracy on company policies ref Midrand branch , employees are clueless on CPA , company terms and conditions and they don't do follow ups on dissatisfied consumers.Made a laybye on the 2nd payment I specifically requested that the 'item' be in store as I would make a final payment anytime was told it would be delivered in a max of 2 days well on the 3rd day came to make a final payment it wasn't there it hadn't been delivered eventually delivered to my house after I had retired to bed , told to go to the store by the driver for guarantee and t&c well am still waiting

Why name is still on the credit collector I did pay every cent that I owe this company so how come is this please can I be removed as soon as you get this message please

Hi my account was in arrears handed over to debt collector paid the amount that they put on the letter of demand how is it that a still own ,them when will my name be clear
