Disappointed with the service at VERIMARK
Excitedly bought the Bastille 8 Piece Set pots from VERIMARK over a week ago and was sadly disappointed after the first use. Today we went back to return the pots to the store where the pots were purchased as per the 15 day money back return policy at "VERIMARK CANAL WALK" The sales assistants were rude, disrespectful and impolite. VERIMARK should be much more clearer with the 15 day money back guarantee as this policy is misleading, we now have to wait a further 21 days before getting feedback about whether or not we will receive the R4 999.99 back.
