I would not recommend to deal with sta travel rosebank - we had a terrible , horrific experience with them . We travelled to Thailand & Bangkok in Oct 2016 and the arrangements were done very poorly - we haven't been picked up from the airport on our arrival and back to the airport in Bangkok . On top of it , we have been booked right through our trip in downgraded and dirty hotels and booked us in the wrong hotel . There is no contact numbers for any head offices and your complain fall on death ears . We also discovered statravel isn't registered with ASATA , the regulatory body for travel agencies .
