Not even in my wildest dreams have i ever thought Cathcart could have such a pristine,modernised yet authentically kept heritage guest house.
I have driven past the small town Cathcart for many years,until a recent emergency sleepover, which in itself suddenly became less of became less of a worry, as I started worrying more about the cleanliness,service and sheer quality of guest houses in this small dry town.

Wow! what a jewel****, Kenwyn B&B did not just surprise me with their exceptional service but the attention to detail in how such a heritage home could be elegantly modernised to offer 5-Star accommodation. The owner's personal touch, who is obviously very passionate about her business, was enough to make me feel at home, secure and well taken care of.

The comfortable beds, with fresh white linen, the lovely breakfast, as well as the owners warmth and captivating conversations about the history and creative modernisation were perfect distractions for my emergency. Thank you Gloria, I will certainly come back and enjoy your beautiful and tastefully decorated B&B, with my family

Its a hidden Gem indeed!

Recently did training for CHS Training Services in Cathcart and had to stay over for 2 nights seeing I'm from Port Elizabeth. My company booked me in at Kenwyn BB. On my arrival I was welcomed by this wonderful grown woman called Gloria. She immediately made me felt home with her warm heart and friendliness. The first night she had one difficult customer and called on me to solve the problem. I was amazed that she chose me out of all the people who were their. My first breakfast was great. There she was sitting with me around the table, sharing the history of the property. It felt like its my Mom having a chat with me before leaving for work. Will always cherish that. If you want accommodation while being in Cathcart or surroundings, I recommend KENWYN BB. Enjoy it
