NETCARE UNION HOSPITAL - Alberton

I am shocked at the deterioration of service at the Union Hospital. The food is terrible. I was given ice cold food, literally straight out of the fridge. Most staff are extremely slow, very noisy and prefer having private conversations instead of helping patients.
I am shocked and disgusted how a helpless lady was treated. They ignored her constant pleas for help to change her nappy, feed her, give her water, of turn her etc. Myself and 2 other ladies in the ward were constantly running around trying to get someone to help her. They took their time to assist her, and in a very begrudging manner. I couldn't bear to see her suffering, so I, as a patient, ended up feeding her, giving her water and helping to rearrange her pillows and blankets. My stay in hospital was very upsetting. I need to go back in a month's timefor an operation, and am dreading it.

I need your accounts department to update your CPT codes on your account to Discovery Medical as the Kensington Rehab hospital account cannot be paid unless you update the CPT codes and send it to Discovery. Please send me proof that the correct codes have been sent. I had a hip replacement on 8 August 2019 and this is now urgent.
