Good Day,
I am so frustrated and disappointed with B3 service, i thought they were the best insurance brokers in SA but swimmingly i was wrong. I am not sure if they give the best service to the celebrities only and not to the ordinary citizens of this country. I submitted a claim on the 6th April 2021 and i have not received a payment even today (30th April 2021). I keep on calling the office and the reception keeps on transferring my call to claims dept which never answer the calls. There is no communication or whatsoever to indicate why there is a delay. I have sent emails to enquire about this and did not receive any response from B3. I am so frustrated with B3 and regret joining it.

Disappointment and frustration

Poor Service
Good Day.

I am so disappointed with the kind of service we are receiving from B3 staff. They pick up a phone and talk to other people. Right now I am frustrated because I have submitted a claim and I am being told that B3 has a lots of claims to pay. When I took the policy I was told B3 pays within 48 hours. All of us are affected by the Pandemic, I mean why don't you get extra hands to assist in processing / paying the claims. This is so unprofessional and I think it is only fair that when you finally decide to pay our money, please do so with interest on top from the day you were supposed to have paid me. Failure to do so, the law will take it's course.

B3 is a disappointment as on their claim form they don't mention all the documents needed. And they wait for a claimant to ask why we are not paid thats when they tell you about missing documents. I had to wait for the whole month, until i get that paper. Their service is poor, communication is a mess. They don't return calls or emails. The guy called Phineus works in claim department, he will never return your emails or calls. Receptionist will take your details 100 time with no help from relevant person.

Increasing with lot of money
I'm not happy with B3 for increasing my policy with R250 this is not on I'm very disappointed with how you run your business. New client has to pay their premium not me as a old client be affected because insurance hs made lot of payout and whatsoever even me I'm affected with this pandemic.

Hi I was veryvery disappointed the you increase the policy without informing me really this is not good to me because I pay lots of things please run your business in a correct way because I like your B3 policy thank you????

They did that to all their customers,B3 is no longer the same and I think they are going through financial crisis hence they do not even pay out claims,they do not even answer calls anymore.the only thing is to take them to court or expose them on social media as customers.
