Reviews of Ampath Laboratories - Head Office - Cape Town

I stay in somerset west area, and yesterday i saw one of the ampath bike drivers riding around in the rain with no rain suite, i noticed it is a lady bike driver. I would just like to know how Ampath can treat their employees this bad especially in a time like this. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I was told at the lab that results will be back after two weeks and i got result after 2 days vai email.I'm worried that peternity test was real or what.

Waited for results from Ampath Netcare N17 to go for a MRI scan to find out the results have been lying there and not delivered. I had to go and collect the results myself. Pathetic service

Unprofessional and extremely bad service by both Pietermaritzburg Laboratory staff at St Anne's Hospital in February 2013 and now by the Debtors Department..
Accounts have been queried by me since March for services supposedly rendered in February.. a lot of passing the buck, stream of invoices emailed to me and resubmissions of queried accounts to Medical Aid instead of supplying me and the Medical Aid copies of original test request forms test as requested in order for us to verify claims! Now my husband has received letter that from ITC Business Administrators that account handed over and threatened with name being handed over to Credit Bureau. No telephone number or email address on ITC letter in order for me to contact them

Waited three days for results, told they were unable to trace them, staff member Jabu Langa rude and hung up on me.
