Pathetic company. Unprofessional and unreliable. There are much better shops in Kimberley. Owner screamed at me for enquiring about a service that they were supposed to deliver which I to date have still not received. I have never dealt with service like this. Never again. Think twice before using them. Never in my entire life have someone spoken to me the way that this guy has. This shop must close down.

We had the worst experience ever in dealing with the owner and the lady working for him. The service is almost criminal but the utter rudeness of the owner is something to behold!! I will never do business with them again it is just not worth it. Its a wonder anybody choose to deal with that man!

My fiance and I went in the shop to do an enquiry about changing my engagement ring. The woman who helped us was extremely unfriendly and I cannot stress out enough on how rude she was. We felt very unwelcome and both of us was very upset leaving the store, seeing that we tried being polite to het in spite of her rudeness. We will definitely not be going there again.
