OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE HOME BASED CARE AND BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT TO PATIENTS WITH A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS, THEIR FAMILIES AND OTHERS, THROUGH DIRECT PATIENT CARE, AND LIASON WITH STRATEGIC PARTNERS, TRAINING, MENTORSHIP AND SUPERVISION.

WE PROVIDE PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES TO ESTCOURT TOWN PATIENTS AND 10 SURROUNDING AREAS. WE ARE A FIVE STAR ACCREDITED ORGANISATION.
