Reviews of Pie City - Head Office - Kempton park

Cashier didnt not ring up my oder gave me a slip tht belonged to a previous customer,took abt 6steps walking away from the shop and the pie fell onto the dirty floor noticed packaging is faulty picked up pie went back to show cashier the faulty packaging and got the rudest response of my life,highlighted tht she even gave wrong slip she then eventually rang up a steak and kidney pie and exchanged the pie,walked away again and noticed she put back the dirty pie in the glass oven.....went back and asked to see the manager only to realise the manager is the lady who had been standing next to her the entire time,i asked for HQ number and was given an empty pie packaging and told the number is at the back!!!!so disappointed i could even eat the pie (swapped) one .

We were at Arcon park Vereeniging pie city.
First of all the service is up to no good. The lady that helped us is so rude.
Second of all we ordered 2 pizza's and one per staek pie
The salamie pizza was rotten the Mexican pizza was so messy and almost nothing on it. The pie were so cold.
Iam just saying if any of my family members get sick I will take further steps against pie city Arcon park. We always but there and the staff at that shop is everytime so rude. But today I had it. Get rid of the staff and start getting food that is not rotten.

Hi.im 6months pregnant and had cravings rhis morning for a pie. So i devided to purcharse a chicken and mushroom pie from pie city west street.. Whilst eating it at work i found a long strand of black hair.. This is so digusting... Previouslt i found a grey hair but looked passed it.. But now again!!!! This is unacceptable.yoi need to get your bakers to wear a cap and not to ecpose thwir hair whilst making pies. Im going to load the pics on facebook so people will know what kind of franchise this is...

Very disappointed with pie city.. I will not go back there and will make the people around me know of what happened..

Hi...i bought a pie ...russian and cheese pie from pie city Vereeniging where the checkers is. The pie was dry dry....like stale. My first pie from pie city....very disapointed!
