Your company is the worse and I am reporting you to the debt collecting board and to hello peter as you unprofessional staff need to learn telephone etiquette and i have had enough of the phone calls

I've been trying to contact your call centre for over 2 months now regarding updating of my account. At first I was sent from pillar to post, every consultant I spoke to gave me information that was different. I'm at my witts.

I’m trying to reach you regarding my account since I payed up the money that I was owing you now you give me silent respond I can’t get hold of you for a payed up letter. All your lines are busy how can I get help.

Guys on Monday I called to send a letter that am pay my mtn account throu your campany but you didn't what else what you did to me is not right we are gree on that

Such bad service. I had two accounts that were outstanding and paid them up in June, only to find that they only removed 1 from my credit profile and the other one is still affecting me negatively. I paid this in June! I have tried calling their call centre and sending emails for the Paid Up letter, no one gets back to me. MBD has a really bad service and I wish companies would stop working with them because they are so incompetent!!

I received a message saying I must pay my Truwerth account but I don't even have one. From the complaints I read from the reviews on this and other websites one can only assume they are scammers

Why do I still blacklisted because I finished to pay my truwerths account and I asked you to sending me paid up letter on Thursday 04 January 2021 but nothing sended.and I still waiting and it been more then 48h you promised me.

How do you get a settlement amount on an account???
