The company does not seem to be able to organise itself. Nobody answers the office telephone. Cellphones are answered by random people so you don't know whom you are really phoning. They are not too keen to take your job even if you accept the quote immediately and are incapable of scheduling the team timely arrival. One can waste lots of time trying to arrange for the job to be done by them. So if you are a busy person and cannot take time off work easily, then avoid them.
