We audit the process by which garnishee orders are obtained in order to identify irregularities. We also conduct audits on the current status of the Administration Order and Emolument Attachment Order. These orders are commonly known as garnishee orders and can be checked.

The Emolument Attachment Order is used to legally instruct the employer to deduct amounts from the employee. This is a common form of debt recovery primarily used between credit providers and their lawyers to recover debt.

The Administration Order is granted when an application is made for an administrator to oversee the management of the creditors for a person in financial trouble. An order is granted together with an Emolument Attachment Order so as to ensure that the administrator received the monthly
