They don't have any security measures in place when transporting your goods (which was admitted to me by Trudie) and subsequently they LOST my Ipad.
To make a long story short :The owner Trudie promised to deal with the situation and claim from insurance but has never contacted me out of her own free will - I always have to contact her and the answer is always the same - the insurance is dealing with it. This is from October 2012!!
