regard to building activities of the Estate are adhered to•Arranging of Client re-location for duration of project •Domestic cleaning of building after completion by contractors•Interior and exterior design fees •Hiring or purchasing of small building-plant and equipment on behalf of the client•Planning of site access and circulation•Identification of problem area such as site security and damaging of existing structure•Personal supervision and quality control•Scheduling of all trades – meeting deadlines•Inspection during the manufacturing process of certain PC items•Appointment and management of sub-contractors•Sourcing and purchasing of material and subcontractors•Payments of all materials and trades •Materials control done on site •Obtain material and component warranties and guarantees•Obtaining and recording of relevant certificates i.e. Engineers, Electrical compliance, Occupational, and Town Council•Bi-weekly and Monthly financial reports and forecasting•Reporting on any variances to the quantity surveyors estimates•Weekly progress reports•Regular on-site meetings•Arranging of site visits and inspections by appointed professionals (i.e. Architect.) to ensure quality standards and processes are adhered to.•Ensuring that building work is done according to the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council)
