Reviews of Salon @ 500 - Durban

To the owner, I am a regular customer and average purchases at least twice a month. The last 2 times a member of your staff was very rude and in an uncalled for cold tone demanded i spend only 5 minutes in store to choose what i required. There wasnt even a que outside. I dont think this is an appropriate manner for which to treat regular customers who are patrons. I hope message reaches owner because most often your employees are cold and unfriendly that it makes me rethink where I should purchase in the future. Thanks 081 4321 586
