I simply dropped off my watch to get the battery changed and I get told that whilst doing so the parts at the back of the battery came loose and they need to send it in to get it fixed. I was promised that id have
it a week later as I am leaving the country month end, I then call in the next week to confirm if I can pick my watch and the gentlemen on the phone was very rude and told me he will get the guy to call me the following day.I then still did not receive a call back from the, when I got through they just said the guy that fixes their stuff was off sick.


I am highly disappointed by their service and telephone manner
