Disappointed
I bought a 5lt American parlor flavor chocolate and vanilla it is powderery and it taste nothing like chocolate and vanilla... I'm very disappointed
I purchased it on Monday the 10/05/2021
From Shop rite in Chatsworth Centre.

I recentyly purchaced ice cream from american parlor i must say that . i have never tasted such good ice cream i really enjoyed all the flavours that i had purchesed especially the new edition tin tin low fat its great for making milkshakes and also can be used as a dessert . try it you will not regret it

Your icecream tastes like shit, rather close your doors and get a job, because I have never tasted something so horrible. It even closed my throat.and before I can put my review in they want me to rate their company!!! I think my review said what I think of your company!

Thank you for your review , Please advise on where you bought our product from as often the product has been neglected and sounds like there has been a break in the cold chain.

Please Note that American Parlor was bought out a couple of years ago and have a full back up for all our products

Our company has built a Factory in Hammarsdale & we are backing all products

i have bought american parlor ice cream first time caramel flavored at the checkers super market in gateway durban two days ago....this was the most disgusting ice cream i have ever had!!! it tastes like sand and got no cream in it, hardly sweet or anything that taste like ice cream!!!!! i paid r39.99 . how dare you sell people product like that...

I bought a 2 litre tub of Vanilla ice cream yesterday at Checkers and it was completely tasteless and not up the usual standard. I have tried repeatedly to get hold of the company by phone but with no luck at all. It is continually engaged, so much for a customer care line.

I trust you are well , Please accept my apologise as only by chance by a friend in JHB did I get to hear about your review. Please Note 5yrs ago American Parlor ice cream was bought out by South Pole Trading. The Company then relocated to Hammarsdale ( Offices & Factory)
