Reviews of Regal Cycles - Fish Hoek

I purchased TWO bicycles with all the bells and whistles from Regal Cycles in Fish Hoek. Within 4 days my new bike had a problem with the cluster, it went in for repairs. They said they did liners and slime, but we all (two new bikes as well as my daughter's bike) kept getting flats. We took it back in only to find that the liners and slime in the two new bikes were charged for, but never done! Two days later there was something wrong with the drivetrain which they said they repaired. Then the gear shift broke and they said it was faulty and repaired that too. We changed from knobblies to slim slicks. The tubes got pinched in the tyre and my tyre BURST! First mine, and then my husbands'. Repaired again. Then there was a constant knocking on my bike. They said it is the shaft and that it would have to be repaired. AGAIN! I took it in and it was repaired. TEMPORARILY. Not a day later and the same NOISE was banging - and they again said it was the gear shift. This affected my front shock and I could suddenly no longer switch between on and off. I told them I want a refund. They did part refund, collected things from my house and wont refund the balance. They are rude and bombastic and I wish I never set foot in that store!
